Curious where you think Rodney Williams will be a couple years from today?

I voted D League. I dont think he will be in trouble or the NBA...

Trevor is the least of this team's problems right now. He does still make the mistake of bringing the ball down or dribbling when he's on the block. He defended Deshaun Thomas in the first half really well I thought.
I think he will get some play in the NBA (oops I see I posted this on the Rodney thread but it was meant for Trevor).

He can jump he'll get a couple years in the Association before he ends up in Europe

I was gonna vote NFL wedgebuster on a kickoff team but then I remembered the NFL kickoff may be gone in 2 years. How about Rugby scrum specialist? Rodney's really proven his toughess in recent weeks and I think he'll wind up in one of the top European Rugby League's.

He's athletic and has hopps...but....he may just simply not be that good. It happens.

For Rodney, it all depends on whether or not he is going to really be able to commit himself to the defensive end of the floor. If he can defend a bit, he'll have a good shot of being a bench player in the NBA. He has the size and athleticism to defend at the NBA level, he'll rebound decent for a SF in the NBA, he just won't be able to provide much in terms of offense.

If he can really dedicate himself to being a good defensive player, he could have a Trenton Hassell type of NBA career.

I agree with other posters, #5 doesn't make sense for Rodney and either does #4 barring an injury. Someone will pay him to play.

I couldn't really see him making it overseas. I guess I don't think he has the mental toughness to be successful abroad, however that may be quite presumptive of me. I'll go with D-League somewhere after a few stints up in the NBA after a few teams take a chance based on his athleticism.

D league probably, he could get some time in the NBA because of his defensive skills and athleticism, who knows if he got in the right situation maybe he develops an offensive skill set, my problem with the Gophers is that although Coleman and Williams are completely different players they both really lack the same thing, neither has a go to move or shot in the post or on the perimeter, both struggle creating shots, neither has improved even though they were glaring weeknesses from day one.
