I think that many of these coaches are holding out to see where all the open jobs are going to be. Namely is Michigan going to open? First they had MN in their thoughts and now they have Miami, Indiana, Vanderbilt, Colorado, and some more might open today on "Black Monday" as Horton refers to it.

Is MN is love with one guy? If not they probably need to be and go get him. The PR of not being first could be bad. Let say that some of these other schools go get their guy, they look much more organized and like they had a plan.

I have a list of about 5 guys I would be fine with, but I think Maturi needs to be set on someone. It looks like he is going down his list and being turned down or guys are waiting for all jobs to be open first.

There are a good number of Minnesota-type jobs out there every year. A successful HC can be patient looking for a big-time opportunity to move up. We will not get a current big name coach and likely will settle for someone the average fan will say "who's he".

There aren't that many jobs with the budget Shama is talking about.
Hopefully Michigan will wait until after the bowl game and the buyout goes down to fire Rodriguez, I hope it is just as bad a move for them as it was for us. Screwed up four years completely.
