When will Carter and Mcneal put on the hats?

Does anyone know when either of them will make their commitments, or do we just keep watching the game until they show up? Just curious, I have never watched the All-american bowl before.

If they announce in the same order they were listed at the game start, Carter and McNeal were both at the bottom third of the list...

They just said McNeal would be the last commit of the game.....

I am guessing it is some time in Q4. Just heard that he would be last on the broadcast but they didn't say the precise time.
