When we threw in the towel at the end of the first half against TCU. Showed zero confidence in his system, his players, and himself.

Surprisingly I still had faith after last years run of games without a touchdown, but I'm over him after running out the clock to end the half and telling the players and the fans that we're not even going to try to win the game.

Move him to full time O-Line. Bring his salary down to what it was before the big raise, and hire an offensive coordinator because the results just aren't there. Yesterday was embarrassing.

This is true I was frustrated about this too. Your down 24 to 0 at the end of the half. You have nothing to lose take a shot.

I think that would be the head coach's decision, not the offensive coordinator.

I pretty much got a good start on football butt/gut yesterday by watching football all day. I watched a lot of offenses that seemed to use a lot of crossing patterns and swing passes. It seemed like receivers were pretty open in a lot of the games. I was doing lots of surfing on TV but there just seemed to be a better flow to the offenses than we have. It didn't seem to be a player thing but rather a scheme thing. They talk about the NFL being a copycat league. I don't think there is anything wrong with us doing the same thing.

Similar to what often happens in the corporate world, Limegrover appears to have been promoted to one level higher than he's capable of handling.
