Major college football is a business. Previous to this upcoming season, we did what we could do to break even and happy to do that. We finally grow a pair and build a building to do business out of. YOU CAN'T SELL FROM AN EMPTY CART! The product needs to be what the customer wants to buy and you need enough to make your sales goal. You also need to make margins that will produce profit. This venture needs stability and consistency. We open for business next September and lacking both stability and consistency now is no way to start. Can we possibly hire someone who we can employ for more than 10 minutes? Quit hiring " clearance rack coaches"? The clearance rack is a losing proposition in business.

that cures all - easy to say - tough to do - we are low/mid level competitor in Big Ten conf that just got pasted this past bowl season - other conferences are getting better than Big ten and we are struggling to get better in our own conference let alone non conf play - this looks like it could get ugly.
