Small, Kirksey, Edwards, McKinley as well as a lot of other guys are just looking huge.

also, weights have been updated at Gophersport.com

there are some pleasant surprises on the o-line and d-line.

As well as at QB where Moses Alipate is at 257? Is it normal for a freshman QB to weight 257 pounds.

On an unrelated note, Jared Lorenzen just said in the paper that he is a big Gophers Fan.

I think Alipate better take advantage of the redshirt year and utilize the strength and conditioning program or he maybe putting his hand in the dirt on saturdays.

Let's hope they play with a nasty dispositon! I want to see the offensive and defensive lines take it to our opponents. It's been a long time that both lines dominant at the same time.

Go Gophers

Go Gophers
Amen

At the scrimmage, Alipate looked absolutely huge standing next to Gray. He also looked fairly fleet of foot when he scrambled, despite it being a scrimmage where the play was blown dead at any sniff of QB contact.

Wow, check out the size of the OL, Stommes checks in at 312, Willis at 365, Carufel at 302, Bunders at 322, Tow-Arnett at 288. I can't remember a Gopher OL that big in quite some time (if ever).

Please, Jebus, give our o-line endurance and consistency.

I'm loving this. The most exciting thing this season will be to see who steps up and becomes a playmaker.

My wife, gopherfaith, went to the Women's Clinic said that Alipate is massive and in great shape. He obviously has been weight training since the end of last year's basketball season.

It's all muscle, gents.

mKAz, I have to ask. How do you say "Go Gophers" in Russian, in French?

Thank you.

No, moron. Sperm means seed. Gophers eat seeds. Hence, seed-lovers (eaters).

Shallow and immature....typical wisky.

German: Gehen Sie Backenhörnchen!

From http://translation2.paralink.com/

Erdhörnchen is probably better, which literally transaltes to ground squirrel. It might also be better to say, Geh Erdhörnchen, since polite address 'Gehen Sie...' is reserved for superiors (i.e. parents, teacher, boss, any adult with whom you are not on familiar terms).

That said, Geh Erdhörnchen!
