The St. Joe's game Saturday is going to be huge. With five full days to prepare, we're going to find out what the Gophers are made of within the first seven minutes of their game against the Hawks IMO. It's also a road game, and road games are always tough, no matter who the opponent is. After watching the last two games, I'm not sure if you can consider the Gophers a favorite. If it's close, they could be in serious trouble considering their recent FT woes. This is going to be an interesting game. I think Minnesota will either win by 15+ or lose close.

WKU beat st. joes at st. joes by like 20, now i know we havent been playing well lately, but lets stop being crazy. we win, could be a blowout, could be close, but we will not lose.

Playing a team like St. Joseph's doesn't show anyone what the Gophers are "made of." You find out how the team handles pressure by playing close games against squads like Ohio State and Wisconsin.

This game serves to only create false drama with a loss and false security with a win.

St Joes played a tough game against Villanova on Saturday. I think the Gophers will get the same.

First true road game

Never know what will happen when a team plays its first true road game. Case in point Texas last night (lost 73-56 to a medicore USC squad). I never assume a Gopher road win, no matter what previous comparative scores say.
