Look at his coaching record. Seventeen years as a head coach, only once did his team do worse than the year before: At southern ill his 2005 team went 9-4 after winning ten games the year before. 2006 he won 9 games again, and then jumped to 12 in 2007.

Improvement (nearly) every single year. That is what we need here. It may not be immediate, but I have faith that some really good days are ahead of us!!
