I'm going to bet Tulane in this. They damn near beat Oklahoma week 1, and obliterated Morgan State 69-20 last Saturday. Took the spread and also put a small bet on the ML at +500

The O/U is 76.5 at Fanduel, which is still a robust total

I spent four years on Tulane’s campus. During that time, there was a push to eliminate the football program.
Now they have an on-campus stadium and are using the team to connect with the rest of the city.
