Nobody is talking about our other loss in the secondary. Mike Rallis went out with an injury early on. IMO the biggest missed opportunity of the game was when Tim Dandridge dropped the certain interception over the middle early in the 4th Quarter. He easily would have returned it to midfield if not further and the Gophers would have had a short field in a tie game and Riley would have been rattled. Instead, Cal punted and downed the ball at the 2 yard line. At least a 50 yard change in field position not to mention the momentum. Everyone is talking about the 3rd and 15 play but this play was just as big if not bigger. Does Rallis come up with this pick? Not 100%, but highly highly likely.
