We may have lost the Ax, but we beat them up physically.

How do we look? Oh we're not playing.

The reason why the score is the way it is is not because "we beat them up physically."

No argument there, just doesn't change the fact we lost.

They're emotionally spent from last week. Physically, they're not firing off the ball offensively and on defense they look like they're running in sand. If you can't see that you're blind as a bat.

Hadn't really thought about this, but there might be something to it. Most teams struggled the week after playing MN. They didn't all lay eggs like this, but most played sub-par by their standards.

I'm actually embarrassed that we lost to them now.

But we did and we don't deserve to be here.

Two things......1) OSU is highly motivated to send a message. and 2) Wisky is spent from last week.

They're a very good team. Sh!t happens, and weird blowouts occur sometimes. We're not 5 TD's better than Iowa on most days. Wisc ain't 5 TD's better than Neb. But once the ball gets rolling, it can be tough to stop. I wish we were playing tonight though. Even a huge loss would've been worth the win last week and the build up to tonight.

Wish someone on the whiskey sideline would at least show up at one point tonight. They are just rolling over and taking it. Thats one of the things i admitred the most about our team this year, they never gave up, not ever.

OSU should have laid off the gas and put in their 3rd string QB in the 2nd half...;)

I was hoping tOSU would drop 60 on them. The look on the Wisconsin players after the game was one of complete shock.

This game tells us nothing about ourselves. We played both teams equally.

Unfortunately, against Wisconsin, we stopped our own ball rolling. We were up 17-10 with a chance to extend our lead. Instead, we played the safe, don't turn it over style offense, and somehow still managed to turn it over. That left Wisconsin with 18 seconds and we should have easily been able to stop them, but instead we gave up 49 uncontested yards on two plays surrendering field goal range for free. Once we got that going on, we never recovered.
