Michigan lost a pretty good QB in recruit in S. Beaver who ESPN has rated as the 20th QB in this class. He is going to go to Tulsa of all teams. How many times in your life would you see a guy rated as highly as Beaver turn down Michigan to go to Tulsa?

It also is a reminded that the Gophers are not the only team that will lose recruits.

How many times does a team like Tulsa have a QB coach like Gus Malzahn? That is a great choice for Beaver if he really wants to be a QB as he would have been moved to WR eventually at Michigan.

Actually, Beaver probably would have started for Michigan next season. He is better than Tate Forcier, the other QB recruit, and the position is wide open with how much Sheridan & Threet struggled last season.
