I hate to say it but we are not good. Had high hopes going in. Lost a little confidence with the Cal loss. Expected the OSU beatdown but still hoped we would be competitive. Iowa? Tough game...but this was the year? And they manhandled us...no resistance. Now tied with Sparty at home? Very disappointing!

The 2025 Minnesota Gopher Football team is lucky to have 5 wins, almost gagged away Rutgers and Purdue. Poor Blocking, poor passing, defense is suspect or worse, kicking game is below average. Not much to be optimistic about, and it is all on coaching. Players not good enough, that’s on the coach.

Every DC in the B1G 10 is licking their chops when they play the Gophers. Apparently no one has coached Lindsay NOT to stare at his receivers. Anyone reading this could play in the secondary against the gophers.

Agree. I predicted 7-5 this year looks like I might be wrong. Disappointed in the squad. Not having Taylor is a big issue

You over estimate my speed. I know my limitations.

Who cares. I was at kid and young adult in the '80s and '90s. We lost games in the craziest ways possible. So, watching today's game where we win a game that every single thing it could go our way went our way, all I can say is that was awesome. Just sit back and enjoy it. Trust me.

And yet we’re 4-2 in conference play, 6-0 at home, bowl eligible with three games left, all in an obvious rebuild year talent wise.

True. In retrospect, it really was a rebuilding year and the record so far is fairly admirable under those circumstances. A big assist from the schedulers though because three of the four conference foes we've beaten have a combined 1-16 conference record.

Having guys start on OL at tOSU, Vanderbilt and Northwestern is disappointing.
Daniel at OSU nothing you can do there, Lewis at Northwestern he’s not very good and McConnell at Vandy we had as the second string center behind 65 who is a year younger ahead of him, and he left. Johnson seems bulletproof since he’s gotten here and I don’t get it.

For someone who is smarter than me could Ryerse start playing at the end of the year without burning a redshirt? He is available?
