Hey its kind of a dead season and this is always kind of fun. Here's a couple things that just sound really good to my gut (maybe not entirely my brain)

1. The o-line stays healthy and we develop one of the most formidable pound it in your face attacks in the BIG with Nelson doing just enough through the air to keep teams honest.

2. Derrick Wells is an all-BIG DB.

3. Jamel Harbison is an all-BIG (potential All-Amer) freshman.

Go nuts :p

1. You never know, focus of the offense is going to have to be running the ball because we don't have the playmakers on the outside to be a team with a dangerous passing game.

2. Wells has potential but he faded some in the Big Ten season after looking like a stud in the non-conf season. Should be a good player for us, all big ten? maybe

3. Ummm yeah let's call this one the AP effect. Most guys coming off knee injuries take some time to get back (see Marcus Jones). I would settle for Harbison just coming back close to the potential he flashed before he got hurt. Freshman All-American might be shooting a little to high. Then again you did say the predictions were going to be off the wall so we were warned.

Did you even read the title of this thread!!

1. Manti & Lennay finally hook up for real.

2. AJ & Miss Iowa get married in WI.

3. The Gophers make the Rose Bowl and Fatrick dies the day before the game

O.K., that last one is a two'fer but they go together nicely like the first two predictions.

oh i know all about the ap effect but it really has nothing to do with it. if, i know its a big if but i feel like he will, he returns at the same strength, he will be our most versatile impact wr who can both go over the middle and play as our scat back. should see tons of touches if that's the case.

basketball team must have lost. nice to have everyone back here on the FB board.

Tommy Olson improves on his 12.3 yards/kick return by busting one for 50 against Wisconsin. He'll be carrying defenders all over the field like Spike did in Little Giants.
