So far Ellstad is the MVP along with all the people saying "we HATE Iowa!" So awesome.

Collado's open field tackles impressed me. Fun to see him and others step up and engage the runner instead of the opposite.

Also, the offensive line was fun to watch as well. Those guys really improved from the star of the year.

It was a terrific game. The only disappointment about it was imagining what the Gophers could have done this season if they'd had a quality head coach.

I watched it again Tuesday night. It was not as awesome as being there but the memories flooded back. What a game!
That onside kick was incredible...not sure who creamed the guy coming up to get the ball but it allowed Elstad to fall on it w/o being touched. Yes Collado's tackles were special. And it was really fun to see how Gray made those gains when it looked like nothing was there. Love having a DVR, you can go over it again and again! Nice.
The night was special - 35South 35South!!!

Ugh, I know. A part of me wish we roll the dice on the old UNLV coach. I really like this offense.

There's a small chance that our next coach will not have a full staff follow him. That would allow some of our current staff the chance to stay. I don't think that Horton got to show his real self early in the season due to Brewster's micromanagement. The ideal situation would be Horton staying as OC.
