per the Washington Post:

Maryland already offers alcohol in suites at Byrd Stadium and Xfinity Center. The proposal submitted to the liquor board will carry several stipulations: All fans under the age of 40 will be carded, and there will be a one-drink limit per transaction. Alcohol sales would end “well before the end of the game,” Loh said in his letter.

If the plan is approved in early July, Loh will commission the Division of Student Affairs to prepare a report on the one-year trial period, which then will determine whether the school will continue to sell alcohol permanently.

“Anytime we introduce alcohol and stuff like that, it’s a little scary for people, and we need to make sure we’re doing the right thing,” Ronk said. “But if anything I think it will make it a lot easier to monitor the environment and everything.”
