Yes, when the states act unconstitutionally it is very much the Feds responsibility to clean it up.
Oh god. Please tell me how the “states acted unconstitutionally”?

This should be good.

Reasonable people think that’s unfair and want to right the wrong. KGFascist simply thinks that is really funny!
You should look at the previous pages of this thread when several of us destroyed the Georgia county narrative, so much so howie ran away.

I have no idea who this is, but the guy makes a very strong point:
garbage., they are worried about the slew of NEW anti-democracy laws that go along with the existing others that are clearly unfair. That and partisan election boards, gerrymandering, biased voting resource distributions, and much more. All of those things are strongly anti-democratic.

“Anti-democracy laws” with others “that are clearly unfair”? To you maybe. Not the US Constitution.

Has anyone been charged? Have they won a lawsuit? Has the DOJ even investigated such s claim?

You are too stupid.
John Roberts has clearly indicated he will throw any such lawsuit directly in the garbage and he now has 5 others who will gleefully join him. Exactly why Congress must do its job.

So nonwhites in GA don’t have long voting lines? their voting lines are short or at least not significantly longer than those of GA whites?

It’s all illegal, but they get away with it because of a corrupt supreme court.
This is…… CNN

You’re Ok with gerrymandering? You think that is fair and OK?

There was a map proposed by someone for your state of Illinois that apparently would have made essentially 100% Dem seats, were it employed. They could easily do the same in CA, NY, etc. You think they should do it? we can’t do better or shouldn’t want better? We shouldn’t strive for fairness? I mean, the Robert’s court says it is ok so everyone should just get rid of all sensibility and fairness… just because they CAN?

You're saying the numbers in that article are false then?

They don't have morals, it's about winning.

No. I’m saying the numbers and facts that several of us presented unraveled the narrative.

It's a guilty pleasure, I'm 100% guilty; CRINGY's stuff is just too damn entertaining.
CRINGY. You are a moron, but at least you are talented at taking letters that aren’t in someone’s name to give a new, totally unrelated name, you know, like ODIMWIT ODUMBASS. Fun for people with the intelligence levels of a grade schooler, for certain! Thanks

PS Trump won!!!!!!!!! ODUMBASS

This is their story and they’re sticking to it. Talk about gaslighting.

More accurately, if they’re going to assure a DemAOCrat majority and WH indefinitely, they need every DemAOCrat to treat voting rights as the #1 issue.

The Dems can never label anything worth a damn. The Dems couldn’t message their way through a free beer giveaway. This isn’t about voting RIGHTS. For god’s sake. Almost every voter in the US who wants to vote already has a RIgHT to vote. The problem is voting fairness, fair and reasonable representation, upholding of fair voting systems, upholding of fair voting counts, and ensuring capability of all voters who want to vote to be able to cast their vote without undue trial and stress. This is what’s been at stake and is now in peril.

The Dems would be well served to relabel this and limit their pursuit to ensuring American democracy is fair across the board. Pretty sure even most Republicans, when presented in this manner (fairness), support such a proposition.

Come on guys. The foundations of our democracy are crumbling. We need to save our democracy. Can’t you all see how close we are to losing our democracy?

If it doesn't affect Spoof on his high horse it doesn't matter.

If people have to wait in line too long to vote, is there any possibility of creating more places to vote?

I'm thinking way outside the box here? LMAO

Elias sounds like someone who knows the mid-terms are going to be a disaster if he doesn’t create panic. It’s their best chance for a permanent DemAOCrat majority, WH, and judicial branch.

I wouldn’t favor perpetual majorities for Republicans. Competition between political opponents sharpens ideas and eliminates bad ones.

You could have stopped right here. This is pretty much the entire focus at this point. And honestly it's about 90% of the reason the "insurrection" is getting so much air time.

Within 6 months, the "insurrection" will be a more noteworthy event in our nation's history than the Lincoln and Kennedy assassinations combined. And there are people that will nod their head and say "Absolutely".

Unequal access to voting based on a districts politics.

Righties like KFC, deuce, beej, spoof, ogee, and the rest of the Trump crew love that black people have to wait longer than white folks to vote. They want more restrictions in order to make those waits longer.

Why? Old white man party. It benefits them to have lower minority vote totals.
