Always nice to see a former Gopher get a shot in the NFL even if he had to take a roundabout way to get there. Simoni was a solid player for us so hopefully he can at the very least win a special teams role with the Vikes and maybe work his way into some regular playing time.

Whenever I hear his name I think of two things - "Mothafa hit my penis" and his fumble return against Illinois in Brewster's second year. Kid was fast - a good player.
