Anyone know of a good Gopher gathering spot downtown, west bank, or uptown for today's tilt?

That nasty brewpub, Herkimer, is close to my house, but they are a Badger turd bar with bad beer.

Go there with the biggest s.o.b. you can find for a buddy and cheer loudly for the Gophers and shut the Badger turds up. Challenges in life are fun. Report back later.

Here here. Dr. Don, the first six crappy beers are on me. I believe the guy that owns this Badger/Packer crappy bar is even a Gopher Alum.
 


The owner is a smart man. He knows all those clowns can't get a job in their own state, so many come here. And they are a bunch of raging alcoholics who think Miller Lite is a good beer.
 


I shall not seek, nor will I accept nomination, for such a dubious position on GopherHole. You guys have several more qualified candidates to nominate.

We have decided against Dr. Don's diabolical scheme of drinking with Badger fans at lousy Bader bar. We are going to try Hubert's in Target Center.

Howieramone has decided to use that term for those that are wearing rose colored glasses particularly when it comes to predicting the abilities of our incoming recruits. Skim the 2014 recruit thread and maybe the josh Martin Nate mason thread to get some more perspective. Since I've decided to embrace the term, which references a 1960 movie titled Pollyanna, as my battle cry for anytime I post anything slightly tilted as pro gopher. Feel free to join in, it's catching on with a few posters.
