Ouch. What an evil laugh by the guy filming the TV!
Reminds me of a story about Richie Ashburn, Hall of Fame centerfielder with the Phillies in the 1950's. A contact-hitter who was known for his ability to foul off pitch after pitch, he once hit a lady in the stands. As the medical people were carrying her out, for good measure, he hit her again.
