I know other coaches bring in motivational speakers, but I continue to be impressed with the dedication PJ has shown to helping to develop quality young men. If a player leaves our program and hasn't gotten stronger academically and grown as a person, it's definitely not for lack of support or opportunity.

Gopher Football = NFL Factory + (more importantly) Men of Courage & Leadership Factory.
Some of the moms will personally bring their sons up north to visit with PJ Fleck. They want to entrust their babies to someone that will take care of them beyond football.
Even if players get drafted, their shelf life in Pro Football is short. They need to be prepared for the rest of their lives.
