Thanks for the video. Pitino seems both mature and polished for a 30 year old.

It's nice to have a coach with some verbal skills. I think a relative lack of verbal skills was a hindrance to both Tubby and Dan Monson while they were here.
 

So he wants to go fast paced and up tempo....what happens to Moe Walker?

When you think about how a good recruiter might look and sound, this is the guy you think of.

He is a very good liar. A lot of coaches can say things about their program and you can just see the BS in their eyes. Pitino is very good. When I listen to him talk, he convinces me that Minnesota is one of the best programs in the country. He will be very good at getting 17 year olds to buy in. Book it.

Although I know he is lying when he says some of these things, there is also the off chance that he truly believes it. Either way. He'll be able to sell the program.
