i know you're joking, but the more games BG wins the better for MN. That loss will NEVER look good -- ever, ever, ever -- but if they beat Ohio (very possible) and one of Toledo (possible) or Miami (less likely) they'll finish with 5 wins including a close loss to NIU who is currently like 7-1. Still stinky, but slightly less stinky. Like pooping a regular turd in your pants vs. explosive diarrhea.

This ranking will never like the Gophers. It favors teams that run up large victory margins and cover spreads.
A lot of teams take their foot off the gas when leading but the bar is much lower for the M&G than most. 2 score lead and we’re basically a service academy.
