I just had emergency eye surgery for a torn retina this morning, so will not get to the USC game tonight. Two tickets available if a Gopherholer can use them. Upper deck, Section 220. Bleacher seats but, unless the Barn fills up, we’ve always been able to move to chair-back seats. Let me know if you want them, and then DM me your mobile number for the ticket transfer.

That sucks Goldenboy, wishing you a speedy recovery. We at GopherHole will want more frequent injury updates from you than what we get from the Gophers regarding BJ Omot.

That sounds painful. Here's to a full recovery.

Go goldenboy's Retina!!

Thanks for the well-wishes and a few chuckles! I won’t be down long. Just supposed to give my eyes a break for the rest of the day. I actually had the same things done in the other eye two years ago. Each laser flash isn’t that painful, it’s that the Doc is clicking the button 3-4 times a second for more than five minutes! It ends up feeling like a headache right in the back of your eye. It’s not that uncommon. I’d bet there are a number of Gopher-holers that have been through it.

I poked my eyes out a few times during the Brewster years and Johnson years. Does that count?

Go Gophers!!
