Prior to today's game, I would have said we were a better football team than Virginia. Consequently, I would be encouraged by the fact that Virginia is only down by 7 with eight minutes left to go against USC at Troy.
However, unless it's all been some horrific nightmare, today happened. And methinks USC won't be this sloppy two weeks in a row. Hence, still expecting a 50-point beatdown of epic proportions.
My optimism is apparently broken for the time being. It was a run.
