Oh my. Some of the comments were perfect smugness. I thought our best chance of winning was if they lost to Sparty, but now I'm thinking we will introduce them to some smash mouth. Ole Buckeye said ML7 's skills look like "Garo Ypremian." Spelling was an optional subject in Ohio.

On Gopher Fan Line after the game Ray Hitchcock was saying that he thought the Gophs' best chance of winning was if the Buckeyes beat Sparty. His thought was that if they had lost they would have had a very different week of practice than they will now.

That board is just an accolade circle jerk. They are so stuck on Player of the Week, yards given up by the vaunted Michigan State defense, what Urban meant by ..... blah, blah, blah. At this point, if their fans are any indication, they're not even concerned about us.

They are nothing like any other B1G team - they are 100% fixated on themselves at this point. If there was ever an opportunity for another signature win, now is the time. Cold, Snowy, and Overlooked - Minnesota has their best chance in years.

I would say 2/3 of Buckeye fans are scared to death of this game, or at least respect us and realize it could possibly be a trap game. It doesn't look like they are overlooking us.
 


With Indiana on their schedule following our game, I highly doubt they'll be looking past us. We are the only game left on their schedule seeing that their last game is against that dumpster fire in Ann Arbor.
 

I think this could look like that Sparty (?) game from a couple years ago where they come here toward the end of the season when it is cold and sh!tty out and they do not want to come play here. We get into our smash mouth style of football and get after it.
 

Are we all referencing the 2012 MSU game? I've read this two or three times now. That MSU team was 6-6 and won 3 big ten games. We had 96 total yards to their 421. I was there. It was ugly for us and only us.

Jerry had a seizure at halftime, and we lost by 16.

The cold did us no favors. Let's hope this OSU game isn't anything like that MSU game.

While he would never say it, I'm pretty sure Coach Kill doesn't think very highly of Urban.
