Rick Upchurch will be inducted into the Broncos Ring of Fame. Much deserved. I loved to watch him when I was kid at Memorial Stadium and got to meet him a couple of times.

I still have memories of watching him play when I was seven years old. My dad's favorite Gopher after Bobby Bell.

Trivia note: Rick was at one time engaged to Condoleezza Rice. At least according to Wiki.

Still remember his 84 yard TD run against Iowa at Memorial stadium. Iowa player thought he had the angle but Ricky had another gear and was gone.
