Does anyone know if the game can only been seen by satellite TV subscibers. The game is on CBSSN, I don't see that channel listed for my cable provider, Charter....unless I'm missing it somehow. I wish it was on BTN or ESPN.

If anyone has any info. I'd appreciate it, otherwise looks like a trip to the local bar, but my 17 year old son was excited to watch it and that won't happen with a 10 p.m. game and going to a bar.

Thanks

I know in Rochester, cable provider Charter will be showing it on Digital channel 412

I can only speak for Xfinity, you get CBSSN if you subscribe to their sports entertainment pack. If Charter has something similar it might be on there, otherwise you'll have to go to a bar or friend's place.

Edit: You can also use CBS Sports Network's channel finder to see where it is in your area: http://www.cbssportsnetwork.com/channelfinder

I believe that Charter in Rochester is just picking up this game as a special showing. I don't normally get channel 412 and don't subscribe to a sports tier. I would check with my local cable provider or dish network.

You could always go to a place like Champps or something like that, if you sat off the bar at a hightop, you shouldn't have any problem with your son.

Charter channel 412 here in Alexandria.

On the sports tier for $10 per mo, pro-rated daily = .33 per day.

Pick up Thursday and drop Friday.....cost = .67

Only problem with Champps etc... is they need to be able to stay open until 2am.

Yep, just add the sports package and you should be fine. Even if they make you pay for the whole month, it's usually not much more than $10.

I upgraded my Xfinity/Comcast package yesterday. CBSSN is on their digital preferred package for 7.99 per month with one premium channel like HBO or Starz thrown in. 1.99 one time signup fee. Like someone above posted it is prorated.

My plan is to search twitter/google for a live stream of the game. Hopefully there will be a link.
