If we are the home team, I like these:

If we are the away team, these would be awesome:

If Iowa was the "home" team last year does that automatically mean the Gophers will be the "away" team this year? I am assuming so. I like the ones pictured above but on a nice sunny day I would love to see the uniforms that were worn against Fresno State this year. Perhaps with slightly different helmet decals for branding. And, maybe yellow-gold facemasks instead of the ones that were worn against Fresno. That would contrast very nicely with Auburn's home uniforms. That is my #1 choice assuming the Gophers are wearing white jerseys in the Outback Bowl.

Chrome gold and maroon do look the best, I agree.

There's always ANTHRACITE!

No doubt these are a great look, but I think the uniforms we wore against becky in 2018 are the way to go...

Simplify: throwback uniforms from early 60s: plain maroon jerseys unadorned except for numbers, white or tan pants, white helmets with tri-stripes down the middle-- maroon, gold, maroon.

All of our big wins lately have come with the chrome gold helmets. Those need to become a mainstay for every game.

Please, just no pajama white pants, unless they add pacifiers attached to the face-masks for mouth guards. That would get some national attention. Chrome gold helmets are awesome and any combination of Maroon and gold. White only an option for shirts, but not preferred.

These from NW game...but with gold pants.

Gold white gold. Replace Goldy with player number on helmet.

Goldy on one side of the helmet and a BIG BLOOMIN' ONION on the other!!!!!

Hmmm..... no votes for anthracite.

We are the road team.

I vote Chrome Gold/White/Maroon
Love the chrome gold helmets, but we've had a lot of maroon and white in road unis. Too much, in fact. The media gives us a million dollar free brand in "Golden Gophers,' so let's have more gold on the road and at home. Not to overdue it, but underline the brand.

When I say I want anthracite, I feel like I'm just trolling the anti-anthracite people.
I like anthracite, but not enough to keep annoying the other users on this forum.

Gophers helmets are way too busy; there's a giant cartoon gopher (disrespectful to our state mammal), some sort of totem polish stripe down the middle and a big M on the other side. Keep it simple!
