Exactly, you probably saw "Catapult" on the front. Catapult is a company that provides video and data analysis software to football teams to help with performance optimization, injury mitigation, and return to play. They are used by a lot of P4 schools. Their wearable devices (as you saw) and video analysis solutions work together to provide a comprehensive view of an athlete's performance. The devices can also be programmed for specific positions, which can help coaching staff keep track of how much a player is doing during practice. Their software can also help teams manage workloads, monitor player development, quantify training programs, and objectively manage the rehabilitation process. The Gophs aren't skimping on the high-tech training gadgets. Like you said, Fleck is watching and there is no hiding your level of effort when wearing that gear.
