From my reading on the subject most patients fully recover if they Don't Need Dialysis. The fact that two require dialysis means that, even if full kidney function is restored, they a much more likely to suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome.

have happened to large groups. We had a bunch of high school kids have the same thing happen to them and it turned out to be more environmental and exertional than bad supplements or roids....The case out here prompted a goverment investigation...
