How do you equate a simple "No, they will not play Friday" to being frustrated?

At least the reporters waited until the end to ask the obvious and looming question on their part.
 


If Tubby was annoyed with the reporter(s), I wonder if he gave him/her the same "Tubby glare" he gives his players? That should work.

I went to your blog to see what you thought about the game...The final score according to everything I've seen was 98-49, you blog says 98-42...

I find it extremely funny how Stephen even is allowed to have a press pass. His reports are a joke and you get absolutely nothing from them. I tried reading his first article from the Duluth game, and the only thing I saw in his report was what time Dawson entered the game. Who cares....His sentence structures are very similar to: "See spot run. Spot runs fast. See spot jump. Spot jumps high."

Don't give up your day job Steven.

There's no need to be mean-spirited. Steven, thoughts from a fellow Gopher fan are always welcome.
 



I'd be a little annoyed too it's pretty much all Myron has reported on so far this season. Hopefully at some point our wonderful sports reporters start talking basketball, not rehashing the same story ad nauseam.
 

Can I offer a tip from the reader's perspective? Try to string ideas together, it makes your reporting flow and is much easier to read. Single sentences bouncing back and forth are hard to keep track of.
 

Steven I appreciate your perspective and the time you devote to your Blog. Keep at it as long as you enjoy it.

Sure he can keep the blog because he enjoys it, but the question here is how he gets credentials to the Gophers games. If I started a blog, would I be allowed to cover the games too? I think that's what has people so upset. It's not like his site offers any useful information or insightful content. It's just confusing, that's all...

nope. i know a lot of people who were denied credentials for basketball games, blogs much more well read than his. nothing against steve - seems to work hard, but does gopherhole even get credentialed?
 

I was totally off base with my earlier comments about Steven's blog and I apologize. If Steven's dreams are to be a sports writer, Steven should chase these dreams. There will always be critics, (a holes like me), who say things without thinking about what they are saying or writing.

I hope Steven keeps writing if that's what Steven wants. I was wrong and I am sorry
