Trivia and Caribou

So I win one of the bags of Reindeer Blend on Monday for being one of the first two people to "guess" who the preseason Wooden candidate was.

The instructions on my phone tell me to take my phone to a local Caribou, show them the message and claim my prize.

So I go to a Caribou in Plymouth yesterday. They look at me like I'm joking. They had to call the mgr who was at home. Then they had to watch me delete the text from my phone (I hadn't thought of that....I could've kept going to Caribou after Caribou and came home with 50 bags of Reindeer blend!)

Caribou...if you're going to do a promotion, let your people know about it.

Give them time.. First Islamic Investment Bank is now supposedly out of the picture... Caribou for years operated their business with strict adherence to Shariah Law, which often doesn't make good business sense.
