It was a great interview. Very informative. Kid is very excited about getting a shot with the hometown team.
And then one of the guys interviewing (don't know his name, but it wasn't Morris or Hawkey) asks, "So what was it like to play in the Rose Bowl?"
What a pathetic attempt at humor. Tripplett didn't laugh. Neither did any of the co-hosts.
Go back to junior high, whoever you are.

What a dick. I cannot believe the morons allowed to pollute the public airwaves. Many years ago I sat next to a guy who listened to 93X morning show, made wish for the days when I had to sit next to the moron who listen to KQ morning show.

Power Trip morning show is the only program on KFAN worth listening to, in my opinion. But, you're right, Sludge (Corey Cove) is the weak link on that show by far.
 

Does anyone know for sure who made the Rose Bowl comment? I would like to let that person know what a dink they are if the opportunity to do so were to arise in the future.
 


i just emailed the station and let them know how i feel about this.

This weird fasination with ripping on Gopher Football will not stop until people speak up and let them know that they are done tuning in to this joke of a station.
 



Maybe I missed it....but I found it encouraging that Horton was on PA's show a couple of weeks ago and no one even mentioned it here.
