Nate and Lee are proof positive how important it is to have program stability.

When you have kids who stick around 4-5 years, then there's always going to be one or two surprises from your senior class.

Good teams always have a nice senior story line. We've not had many.

Agreed Studwell. A week or two ago i said something similar about our lack of seniors on the roster. The reasons they left the program are varied, but i would still like to see most of those guys in maroon and gold, leading the charge.

Well said Studwell. Having upper classmen is huge for a program like ours. There are many positions where experience and better technique will beat the better athlete.

Taking this one step further...imagine if we had stability at the OC and DC position...we would have more seniors taking it to the next level...scheme changes force technique changes which creates new learning curves...we need to keep our OC and DC here for three years with Brewster and then maybe, we will know how good these players can be.
