tour of stadium

I don't know if this has been posted before.

For anyone who has not seen the stadium this is a great opportunity to see it. We took the tour last Sunday and thought it was great. The cost was $6.00 per person and you get pretty much to see the whole thing with a tour guide. Seeing the look on the kids faces as they walk into the locker room as well as running out onto the field was well worth the $6.

www.tickets.umn.edu I believe the tours are on Saturdays and Sundays in May.

Tour notes

I got a free tour a few weeks ago because I was with a group that had rented the DQ club room. Although we didn't see everything, we did hit the highlights in about a 30 min. tour. I was a little disappointed in the tunnel entrance to the field. I thought there should be something there. Not that I've ran out of any other tunnels, but it's just concrete walls and the Gopher "tarp" over the outside. They need something there - some national championship signs, a Ski-U-Mah on the wall, or something.

Thanks for this post. I checked it out last week and bought 6 tickets for the tour on saturday. It was a great time!
