If he can have a healthy year or two he will join the list of great backs we have had here. Otherwise, if he stays on his current tack missing games or playing somewhat
poorly while nicked up, he will be an afterthought in time. He sure is fun to watch when hitting on all cylinders.
 


For some perspective and appreciation.
Taylor has 1785 yards through 2 seasons, if you double that to 3,570, he would pass M. Barber for 6th all time. Double his 15 rushing TD's to 30 and he would pass Rodney Smith for 7th.

The gophers haven't thrown to their RB's much in the past, so his 350 yards receiving is a huge number along with another 2 TD's. If he gets another 700 yards receiving he'd be the leading receiving rb. Right now I think Darkins had 709 for his career.
