Tonight's team came out just like they did against NW. The big difference is that against NW they acted like they thought they could just roll out the balls and the game would be over. If you watched (or choose to replay the NW game) they played much the same for the first half.
The MASSIVE difference was that they started out with zero intensity against NW. Played very loose, like if they made a turnover or got lax, it was not a big deal, because you can always turn it on and pull away (right?). They started out both games very loose and seemed to be having fun, but the critical mistake was that they came into the NW game with no intensity, which did not carry over over to the effort put forth on the floor.
Great job putting them away. Now, just keep it up.
