When I was young and foolish, I did young and foolish things. Some people learn through trial-and-error not to do young and foolish things anymore.
exactly, when royce white stole from macy's he was 17-18 years old, and, at least at my high school, it was common practice amongst many people, especially girls, to steal from clothing stores (and this is at a suburban high school) and as far as the laptop case, all he was ever charged with was being in a dorm room. which is something the majority of college students have done. And as far as his youtube antics and aqua night club thing. He is a basketball player, yes, but he is also interested in his record label, it is essentially what his major was. In order to have a successful label, you must promote yourself and your brand. marketing 101. yeah, we found it annoying as basketball fans. but we all know about his record label now don't we? so he was doing something rigght, seemed like pretty effective strategy to me.
but also, why is demarcus cousins a knucklehead? i still dont get that. what has he done???
and im pretty sure brett favre obsessively using pain killers and josh hamilton using cocain was dumb behavior, but it appears to me that they have changed anyway.
and lastly, right now trevor mbakwe is facing trial, and "portraying the university poorly" when he very well may have done nothing.
It is sooooo easy to accuse an athlete and get them in trouble as they are public figures. If my laptop gets stolen, i could easily go to the police station and the media and say "well actually, devoe joseph was in my apartment complex last night, i am pretty sure he took it." and the next day you'll see on cbssports what a knucklehead devoe joseph is.
