Tobi Okuyemi (DE - Wayzata) & Minnesota? Will he be a Gopher in the end?

Per a Scout article it sounds like his top four right now are: Minnesota, Nebraska, Wisconsin & the Hogeyes (has visited all four already). He is planning on visiting Michigan State, Kentucky & Vandy this summer as well.

Wondering if those who are close to the UM recruiting process have any inklings one way or the other on him. Thanks!
