Default To what degree did losing Wells lead to the loss of the game?

My bad - It was Wells. (I remembered it incorrectly - I apologize.) Thanks to Unregistered User for catching my error.

It seemed that when he went out, the defense adjusted in a way that left the center of the field open for the long runs that were seen later in the game? It almost looked like when the safety was assigned and left that space vulnerable (Wisconsin).

It seemed to me that it was roughly at that time that MO started to get some traction.

I recognize that fatigue was an issue, and that was not improved with him on the bench.

(I am not sure what happened, but it looked to me like Wells hesitated leading to the head drop. I am not blaming him for getting hurt, but inquiring about the impact of his absence.)

Wells, not Murray.

I thought Antonio Johnson filled in very well.

I was not pointing a finger at the replacing player. I did not observe anything attributable to anyone player. The elements that allowed MO run improvement in the second half may have been present in the first half, but not exploited by MO.
