To The Seniors

Have to say, so so so fitting for these seniors to go out how they did. So many big plays by all of them, which is so special given they really helped to bring us out of the darkness. TJ absolutely crushed it. Renner picked up a big sack. RS with some big runs, tough yardage, same as always. Barber with a huge fumble recovery when the tide could have turned the other way. Williamson always around the ball and a bunch of tackles. CC45 with his leadership and help along the DL which completely shut down the Auburn running attack. I know there are others I'm missing.

But thank you to these guys who put in the work and tried to help put Minnesota back on the map. So happy these guys got to go out with a huge win and feel they have developed a bond with the area, the fans, and, because of this, will always remain special in Gopher fans eyes.

Not a big senior class but Fleck has spoken many times about how this group stuck it out through all kinds of chaos and truly helped lay the foundation for what looks like a really bright future for Gopher Football.
