Got 6 tix together for homecoming...3 rows from the top...so not the best seats...but we are able to sit together and see the scoreboard.

Those tix won't last very long at all.

Go Gophers!

You can get better tickets for below $40 on StubHub.

All up to NW....we stopped the guy after he read off the 1st 3 home games...

We were in a rush...and I didn't ask.

I would agree that game would surprise me if Iowa returned any tickets.

As for stub hub....to a previous poster....I like doing it this way ...supports the U more this way.

I assume Iowa was gone.

Gophersports.com says there's going to be tickets available tomorrow morning for all games, including some for the Iowa game. Hawkeye fans will likely flood the ticket office with requests. This guy thinks that available student tickets will be plentiful, because its Thanksgiving weekend. Apparently, he doesn't realize that buying student tickets is worthless unless you have a student ID to get in with.

I think for sure Iowa and South Dakota are sold out. I couldn't buy any tickets through the presale for season ticket holders. They were available earlier in the week.

Even today, the website says that a limited number of season tickets are still available. My guess is that tomorrow they give up the ghost of selling any more last second season tickets, and take those seats that they've held in reserve and release them for single game buyers.

I can't think of one reason why they won't want to sell out before releasing them to Iowa fans. All they want to do is sell out as fast as possible.

I just checked again.

SD- not available
USC - not available
Iowa - not available

Check again tomorrow morning at 9:00. They may be releasing more tickets then. And I agree, selling season tickets is better than selling single game tickets. But at some point, they have to draw the line and resort to single game sales, as the season start is near.

If it turns out that Iowa or USC tickets are available tomorrow then I'll be pissed because I've tried a few times this week and was always told they were not available.

Yeah, I was unsuccessful too. But they would have gladly sold additional season tickets to me. Friday's message on the website says tickets will be available to all home games tomorrow.

The email I received yesterday said "limited seating" was available for USC and Iowa. That translates to me as "single seats available as of Friday". Also, if you go online and try to buy single game tickets right now (as a season ticket holder I can do this) you will see none available for Iowa and only singles for USC.

Where are the tickets available located? When they did the sale to Season Ticket Holders last week they were all in the upper corners of student area and in or near visitor sections.

Only singles are available to USC this morning, and there is a message that says call the ticket office for availability for the Iowa game....

Remember when the State Fair Special wouldn't be $10 off, but instead $10 tickets?

I know a guy who was able to get 2 together this morning for USC. The fact that I tried every day last week and couldn't is further proof that we have a horrible ticket office.

I was able to get four together for PSU in section 245 which is not the student section nor the visitor section. I also had the chance to buy 4 tickets in section 210 for NIU. Section 210 is a premium section.

245 also includes seats held by the athletic dept for their purposes. What row was open? My guess is those might have been dept seats that they weren't using for another purpose. No idea on the 210 though.
