There will be a new coach soon, and we will see how that goes. The program is only dead if we, as fans, give up on it. If that is the choice you have made, so be it. If you are selling your tickets to try to send a message or are actively rooting for the opposition, time to take a look in the mirror and re-evaluate. The losing team has sent the message that needs to be sent, not some self-righteous "fan."

The posters on this board, as a whole, look like a bunch of babies. We have all been guilty of this at times. It is a losing team with a coach who will obviously be let go. Hope for the best for the rest of the season, support the team, and get excited about whoever will replace Brewster.

Stop whining.

I'll support the team and keep my tickets regardless. Hell, I'm even considering buying more if the opportunity presents itself.

I don't think there's anything wrong with being frustrated or pissed off right now, though. Expressing that frustration isn't whining. Let's face it, if we sit tacitly and trust the U to make the right decision here, they'll find a way to eff it up. Not suggesting our involvement will prevent that from happening, but it sure as hell can't hurt.

I was a Brew guy. "I" fired him after NIU loss. It has taken some of the frustration and hope that I had for watching some entertaining football this season. It has also allowed me to not bash Brew has I believe he is done. Concern is now focused on cheering for the team and hoping that we get a great coach.
