Maybe they were waiting in line for over an hour?
 

That could be. I was thinking they were partying having a good time!
 


Plus you really cant even see the entire lower student section, which filled first....aside from the very first row of the upper deck.
 


The student section was nearly full at kick-off so to say they were late-arriving isn't accurate at all, in fact I just watched the time lapse and while the band is still on the field the section is just about full.
 


You obviously weren't at the game if you think the students were late and left early. Student section was FULL at kickoff and remained that way til the end. I count myself as those that were surprised that the students actually pulled this off. I saw more old timers leaving early to beat traffic than students.

Definitely, the students deserve lots of credit, they were there all game and stood the whole game. The corners had a few little bare spots, but I imagine people packed the lower deck and left some seats above open.
 



There were HUGE lines of students trying to get into the stadium. They need to fix that real soon!!!!!
 

I would love to dig up posts of people on this board where 2 years ago I said that students would no longer be leaving at halftime because we would still be con campus. No more having to leave to avoid waiting for connectors to pick us up from the dome. Well, looks like I was right and they were wrong. :)
