Ticket office or stubhub (for the Citrus Bowl)? This late in the game does it matter? Looking for input.

You can get lower deck end zone seats through stubhub for half the price you get far upper deck seats through the university. At this point I don't think having 500 or 1,000 unused tickets will be a big deal as long as there are a lot of Gopher fans in attendance.

Stubhub or ticket master. If you are going to go to the game might as well get OK tickets. Agree with GophersInIowa, I want to get as many butts in the seats as possible.

I went with StubHub...U ticket office website wouldn't work for me on that first day when game tickets went on sale.

I'm in section 133! Go Gophers!

We went StubHub, got two extra tickets for our group for under $20 each, solid seats as well.

Okay, I think I will go with Stubhub. Now to figure out how much to spend/ where to sit. The higher priced tickets are in the Gopher sections. Wonder if it is similar to TCF in that there really isn't a bad seat in the house?

I bought late and paid $22 per ticket for seats on the Plaza level.

Right now you can get field level seats in 145 (NW corner/ end zone)near the band for $26 on Vivid. For $9-14 you can get seats in Plaza level P23/ P24 in the end zone SW corner of the Minnesota side. These are not the upper, high deck that runs on the sidelines.

Vivid Seats:

Paid $30 including fees for lower level section 123. Via Vivid.

stub hub always since the School give no bonus for buying tickets from them. Better seats better prices through stub hub

sorry to say this but it should be addressed.

give a perk for going through the U and it takes care of itself. deduct off seat fees? adds to your Gopher points etc,, something but with nothing i will never go through the ticket office again

The biggest issue with the tickets through the schools is many times there aren't that many good seats. Too many are in the top upper deck.

I agree, the AD wants to run itself like a business so it should be treated as such. If you can get the same item somewhere else for less money I would go for it, there should be an incentive to the user for buying through the "proper" channels.

You would think that it would be possible to retroactively grant an extra Gopher Point (maybe per pair of tickets) to those folks who buy bowl or road game tickets through the U office. I certainly hope they consider it - at least as an option moving forward.

I called the ticket office Friday and they told me they had nothing decent left. They actually told me to just buy through the Citrus Bowl.

The U probably could have moved another 3k tickets if the Citrus Bowl had supplied them with more.

3K more? You're the Crazed Dutchman! ;-)
