We should get some clarity in the pecking order in the conference this week!

Illinois at Nebraska features two ranked teams and may very well show if one of them is an imposter and which can join the upper ranks.

USC at Michigan: A big game whenever these blue bloods meet and now it’s a conference game. Winner will help steady one of them to make a case for the final 12 or if Michigan loses- eliminate them from consideration. Neither wi lose to much status.

Iowa @ Minnesota: Big opportunity for the Gophers, a somewhat opportunity for Iowa who has underperformed for their expectations. But this will help assign pecking order in the B1G!

The USC/Michigan game will be very interesting.

If it's a close game, they winner will get a small boost, and the loser a small fall, but both stay within the top 25 (and the winner will be ranked higher than the loser).

If it's a blowout, I bet the loser will drop out of the top 25 and the winner will shoot into the top 10.
