Hire 4 or 5 head coaches at once. This way as the off field problems occur, you can just fire one or two and hire replacements as the incidents occur. A kid gets a DWI, shop lifts, gets accused of misconduct with another person, steels from a teammate, skips class....miss understood Tweet. Make sure the coaches hired represent everyone's opinions on morals and life in general.
