There are millions who lap up Hannity and Tucker every night, and there's nothing you can do about it.
Yep, millions watch professional wrestling too. Millions watch Walking Dead too. All the same thing: scripted entertainment.

Isn't it "Beck, O'Reilly, Hannity and Tucker every night...."?

1.02% of the U.S. population watched Hannity on Monday night.

Oh, getting testy. Can’t make an argument.

You won’t see Bret Baier or Chris Wallace hosting opinion talk shows. Or Shannon Bream, Martha McCallum, Bill Hemmer, Sandra Smith, Neil Cavuto.

There are some hybrid news celebrities with Dana Perino, but she’s careful not to be partisan. You certainly won’t see her making a fool of herself trying to prove a President guilty of something.

Fox News show hosts stay in their lane. If CNN doesn’t want to do that, that’s up to them. But their news anchors lose credibility when they appear to be partisans like Hannity, which is why he doesn’t do Fox News.

Fox News’ format of differentiating news from opinion must be working. They triple CNN ratings most times of the day.
It's OK when Fox News obliterates the line between news and opinion. They're sooooo careful not to be partisan.

Do you really believe these ridiculous things you say?

Fox News is like crack for old white men, so yes its ratings are yuuge! CNN wishes it could master the formula, but it already tried and failed.

Yes, but 65% of the Fellas of Gopherhole watched it.

It's ok when CNN obliterates the line between opinion and news. Because they hold the right opinions.

Old white men are the worst! I think we can all agree that a genocide against old whities would make everything much better.

I’m not sure what you’re referring to. Give me an example of Fox News obliterating the line between news and opinion.

Do FNC news shows have opinion guests? Sure. Name one cable or network news channel that doesn’t?

Do FNC news anchors express opinion on occasion? Sure. Name one cable or news network anchor that doesn’t? But when they do, it is almost always in the context of the facts and how it’s likely to be interpreted by the non-partisans.

Does FNC regularly and consistently present both sides of the political argument? Absolutely.

Does CNN, MSNBC, and network news regularly and consistently present both sides of the political argument? Absolutely not. Especially CNN and MSNBC.

The MSM spent 2 years believing that the Mueller investigation would result in the impeachment and removal of Trump. It didn’t happen. There are many examples of MSM opinion and outrage about Trump that have resulted in exactly nothing. So what news source is closer to the truth? That seems obvious. FNC wasn’t delusional and making predictions about the demise of Obama.

You just can’t recognize news that attempts to be unbiased b/c you expect all news to sound like CNN. I said “news”, not Hannity, Carlson or Ingraham.

Neither CNN or FN are news. They’re cable entertainment.

One of the two used to be news. But yes, currently, they both operate as political commentary on current events.

The difference between the two commentaries lies only in their truthiness. One (CNN) bases their commentaries on verified facts, the other, far too often, does not, and essentially doesn't even try to do so. If they were both basing their commentaries on opinions based on actual facts, we would most certainly not be in the political divide we are in today.

Do you ever wish there were *reasonable*, *moderate* conservative/RW posters on here?

Why does it always have to be the most extreme, Fox News/Breitbart/Daily Caller lapdogs, that populate internet message boards?

They are all part of the Echo Chamber, and our populace now contains 35% of them. That's why. Our populace is comprised of about 35% extreme RWers (RWers, definitely not "conservatives"), about 10-15% extreme LWers, leaving only about 50% of the populace in what anyone could term as moderate. Most of those moderates fall on the side of being anti-Trump, for obvious reasons (to be pro-Trump, you pretty much need to fully buy into his lies).

Cncmin, statistical analysis...pull BS out of your ass and put some numbers on it to make it sound credible, even though everyone here knows it’s total BS.

This is nothing new. Those breakdowns have existed going on decades now.

Ok then, post those studies. They should be really easy to show since they’ve “existed going on decades now”.

Here are some real ones about the negative media coverage of Trump from Harvard, Pew Research and the Media Research Center:

So one question then: what have these 35% been doing in the years B.T. (before Trump)?? Biding their time?

Obviously they were always listening to Rush, watching FN, etc. And posting online.

But I don't recall them being so public and in peoples' faces, until Trump was elected.

The worst president in the history of the country, who constantly says (and Tweets!) incredibly stupid, unpresidential things, and constantly does negative things.

I can't believe how much more negative coverage he receives! We have to study this!

You’re unbelievably stupid.

There used to be. Obama drove them all mad and now they're all deeply in love with Trump.

Why don't they cover some of the good things Trump has done? Like his great policies and legislation? There's his tax cut from 2 years ago! And um.....his healthcare plan...oh.....well they should just talk about that tax-cut for the rich non-stop!

Yeah, the economy really sucks now, unemployment is horrible, minorities are getting crushed, middle income families are suffering unlike when Obama was President. Any other BS I could make up?

Dirty Devin Nunes will lose his election and be remembered in infamy as a nobody. Dirty Devin is a total loser with minimal intellectual capacity. His time in Congress is near it's end.
