There was a dude on here last year that ripped Kill and the staff for talking up Cockran (Rickman55 or something like that) and having him barely show up in the box score. Funny, haven't seen him post this year about 55. He reminds me of Justin Tuck, a speed rusher who can get around the edge.

Can he do that before Shede graduates? Cause I believe his numbers will go down when that happens.

Cockran is a sophomore, and will continue to improve like everyone on the D-line. Keep in mind, when Ra'Shede was a soph he barely played.

I realize that, but Shede is drawing the double teams. Cochran is benefitting in the same way that Wilhite benefited last year. If Cockran is able to maintain these numbers when Shede leaves then I would call that a big improvement on his part.
